InviteSeal is made by OdeByte. It lets you make a wedding invitation, share it as a link, and collect your guests' replies. By using it you agree to these terms. If anything here is unclear, write to hello@odebyte.com.

Your invitation

• What you put in your invitation (names, photos, music, guest lists) stays yours. We only use it to show the invitation to the people you share it with.
• Only add photos and music you have the right to use, and only add guests you're inviting.
• Don't use InviteSeal for anything unlawful, hateful or misleading. We may take down invitations that are.

Paying

• Making and sending an invitation in the classic designs is free. The Wedding upgrade is a one-time payment for one invitation; the price is on the pricing page, including taxes.
• Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, who act as the merchant of record. Your card or UPI details go to them, not to us.
• Refunds follow our refund policy.

Keeping it running

• We keep your invitation online for at least a year after your wedding. You can delete it yourself at any time.
• We work to keep InviteSeal available and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be down. We aren't liable for losses beyond the amount you paid us.
• We may change these terms; when we do, we'll update the date above. Using InviteSeal after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
